It is the largest terroir in Premier Cru of Meursault. The climat is located on a mid slope with an excellent exposure.                    Soil: Mix of limestone and clay   Wine – Making Process: After a mild pressing, this wine was vinified and aged for 10 to 14 months in oak casks in our cellars of the 15th century. Moderate proportion of new oak.   Features: Pale gold colour. Floral fragrances (Lime blossom) mixed with pale fleshed fruit (pear) and a hint of vanilla. Well – crafted and deep. I Fine texture on a delicate oak note. Long and elegant finish.   Pairings: To be enjoyed with lobster, seafood, white meat and some cheeses (Reblochon, Cantal, Epoisse and Citeau).   Serving Temperature: 10°C–12°C   Allergens: Contains sulphites.
