The grape harvest takes place earlier in the morning, to preserve the aromatic characteristic. In Cellar The fermentation for the taking foam takes place at 15°C and gives a fine perlage, particularly pleasant and soft on the palate. This technique also allows to obtain delicate perfumes and intriguing flavors. All the processes in the cellar are carried out following the organic farming regulations. In Tasting Prosecco has a pale straw yellow colour. The scent is distinctly fruity and floreal, reminding apple and acacia owers. Characterized by a balanced taste, sapidity and persistence.
