Varietal Composition “Mystic” Greek Varieties Blend Alc: 12,00 % vol Sweetness level : Brut Vineyard Location: Mountain vineyard in the mountains of Aigialeia and Kalavryta Harvest: 2022 Winemaking The base wine comes from a blend of 2 Greek varieties grown in vineyards of Aigialeia and Kalavryta. The second fermentation takes place in a closed tank, where the resulting wine remains on its fine lees for 6 months with regular stirring. This is followed by bottling and maturing in the bottles for at least another 1year. Flavour profile Charming light straw amber colour, with satisfactory foaming in the glass. Fruity and flowery aroma character with a sense of yeast. Its taste refreshes the palate, keeping a crisp balance and a long finish. Pairing It pairs excellent with, seafood in cells, smoked salmon, ceviche, seafood spaghetti, parmesan or is served as an aperitif. Serve at 6° – 8°C
