It operates quietly at just 30dB(A) and features an adjustable overrun timer, allowing you to set it for 1 to 30 minutes. A built-in backdraft shutter helps prevent air ingress. Constructed from high-quality ABS moulding with a gloss finish, it has an IP44 rating, making it suitable for bathrooms or cloakrooms. The fan can be mounted on the ceiling or wall with the appropriate kit (83154) and meets the requirements of Building Regulation Documents F and L. Ducting is not included.
