Description Light pink colour, clear and bright. Perlage of good continuity and persistence. Pleasant and charming aromas of cherry and fresh fruit. The taste is sweet and fresh, good intensity and persistence. GRAPES Moscato bianco, aromatic red grapes HARVEST Manual, first half of September. VINIFICATION De-stemming and soft pressing. It must be cooled to 0°C and stored for up to a month before fermentation. Then starts a slow fermentation in autoclave until it reaches 7.5% of alcohol by volume and is then bottled. DINE RECOMMENDATIONS An excellent dessert wine, accompanied by fruit salads, cakes, pies and stuffed pastries. Convivial wine for any occasion at any time of day. SERVING TEMPERATURE 6°-8°C
